Who it is for

For teams that need available systems and a predictable way to get help. We review infrastructure, access, backups and existing suppliers. Routine support is separated from planned changes, with explicit support boundaries.

What to prepare

  • Systems, suppliers and equipment that daily work depends on.
  • Recurring incidents, access procedures and existing backups.
  • Working hours and the people who approve interventions.

What we define together

  1. A system inventory, dependencies and operational priorities.

  2. Support scope, request channels and escalation rules.

  3. A plan for backups, restoration, monitoring and scheduled changes.

How we work

  1. Inventory systems, access, dependencies and operational risks.

  2. Define backups, monitoring and incident procedures.

  3. Plan changes and document responsibilities and escalation.

Problems addressed

  • Clear ownership of incident intake and resolution.
  • Backups and restoration can be checked regularly.
  • Infrastructure changes have a plan and a rollback procedure.

Frequently asked questions

Must all systems move to the cloud?

No. We compare access needs, costs, dependencies and administration. Some systems may remain local or use a hybrid setup.

What is included in maintenance or IT outsourcing?

We define covered systems, hours, request channels and responsibilities. Response times and included interventions are agreed in the working arrangement.

Can we keep existing providers and infrastructure?

Yes, if they meet operational requirements. We review contracts, access and dependencies, then propose changes for identified issues and clarify each provider’s responsibilities.

How are priorities and response times agreed?

We classify incidents by their operational impact and define request and escalation channels. Support hours, response times and urgent intervention conditions are specified in the working agreement.

How do we verify that backups can be restored?

We define which data is backed up, how often and where it is stored. We plan restoration tests and document results, required access and recovery steps, rather than checking only that backup files exist.

Can migration be carried out while operations continue?

We plan the move around dependencies, data volume and system capabilities. We agree maintenance windows, tests and a rollback procedure, and communicate any expected interruptions before migration.
